Manufacturer’s Warranty

Stabil-Loc, Inc. warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If any component of a warranted product proves to be defective, Stabil-Loc, Inc. will replace the defective component free of charge. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from carelessness, misuse, abuse, improper commercial use, modification, or improper installation. Stabil-Loc, Inc. is not liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Stabil-Loc Warranty Trust

On January 1, 2013, Stabil-Loc, Inc. established the Stabil-Loc Warranty Trust for the benefit of the homeowner who has foundation repair work performed by a Stabil-Loc Authorized Contractor. If the installing contractor no longer has the ability to provide warranty services, and the need arises, the trustee will make a determination regarding the warranty issue, and the trust will pay the cost of correcting the problem.
